Mieke Dhoore

Mieke has a thorough knowledge of the talent market, allowing her to deliver quickly and qualitatively. Her approach is pragmatic, people- and result-oriented and is always aimed at a win-win for both client and candidate.

Mieke joined Hoffman in 2014 and has been in executive search since 2007. She started her career as Attorney with focus on commercial and social law and joined the corporate world as Legal Counsel. She then evolved towards human resources management and held successive positions as Human Resources Director in the construction, retail and automotive sectors.

Since 2007, Mieke has successfully conducted executive search assignments across a variety of business sectors and functional areas.

Qualifications

Mieke holds a Master in Law from Ghent University, Belgium and a postgraduate degree in Management from Vlerick Management School, Belgium. She is fluent in Dutch, French and English and has a good command of German.

Jean-Michel Lucas

He has over 25 years of experience in Executive Search at local and international level across a broad variety of industries and functional areas. He has a proven track record in handling demanding search assignments for various types of organisations (from listed international groups to medium-size family, private equity or scale-up companies) needing professional, personalised and result-driven assistance in the completion of C-level and other strategic recruitment processes.

Before joining Hoffman in 1998, Jean-Michel was Division Manager for a leading international specialist recruitment firm. Prior to Executive Search, he started his career in Luxembourg and worked as an Audit Manager with KPMG Peat Marwick.

Jean-Michel is a core member of the Industrial Practice Group of IIC Partners Executive Search Worldwide.

Qualifications

Jean-Michel holds a Master in Business Administration from HEC Université de Liège in Belgium and he completed in 2019 the Executive Programme in Management & Philosophy at Solvay Brussels School.

He is a certified MBTI Practitioner (Level I)

He is fluent in French, Dutch and English and has a good command of German.
